1. Parties and key terms
These Terms are between you and the operator identified above. “Review case” means the internal service record in your account. “Official application” means the visa or residence-authorization filing that you—not this service—may submit to a Spanish authority.
2. Independent service and limited scope
We provide an online document-readiness service: preliminary rules-based screening and, when you purchase a review plan, document review of the files submitted in that review case. Review may use automated systems, including AI-assisted tools. It checks whether files appear present, legible, internally consistent, and aligned with a dated general checklist; it is not a government decision or legal assessment.
We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, government body, or representative. We do not verify authenticity, give legal or tax advice, translate, apostille, submit documents, represent you, or predict an authority's decision. No lawyer-client relationship is created.
3. Screening results
Screening results are preliminary and depend entirely on the answers and settings available at the time. They do not determine legal eligibility. Missing, inaccurate, non-EUR, route-specific, or authority-specific information may require manual confirmation. You may correct your answers and contact support if a result appears wrong.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with the service, use another person's account, upload unlawful material, malware, or material you are not entitled to share.
5. Plans, orders, prices, and taxes
Every plan covers one review case for one named main applicant. Family-size answers are screened, and the specific relationship or dependency records listed in that case may be checked, but the plan does not include a separate or complete document review for each dependent. Do not bundle multiple people's documents in one file unless the upload interface expressly asks you to do so. The plan cannot be transferred to or reused for a different main applicant. The plan features, included re-checks, and gross consumer total shown before payment form part of your order; that displayed total includes VAT or other tax where applicable. Payments are one-time unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Stripe processes card details; we receive payment and transaction metadata, not full card details.
Before ordering, you choose a plan, review its scope and gross total, accept these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Notice, and can go back to correct your answers or plan selection before confirming checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we make the paid review case available. After ordering, contact support promptly to correct account or factual errors; this does not transfer the plan to another main applicant or change its paid scope unless we agree or mandatory law requires it.
We store an electronic order record containing the selected plan, gross total, accepted Terms version, acknowledged Privacy Notice version, and the locale used for each action. The order confirmation is made available in your account; keep it and these Terms for your records. The interface and contract information are available in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Turkish, and the contract may be concluded in any of them. Document-review reports and fix notes are delivered in English unless the operator expressly confirms another language before you order.
6. When a review starts and ends
Payment alone does not start the review. A review enters the queue when you submit files for review. The initial report completes the initial review cycle, but not necessarily all plan performance. An included re-check covers corrected files for the same named main applicant and review case, including corrections to listed relationship or dependency evidence; it is never a new legal assessment, a review for another main applicant, or a separate complete review for a dependent. Each included re-check must be submitted within 60 calendar days after the report that offers it. An unused re-check expires when its window ends and cannot be transferred or used for a new case. The plan is fully performed when the initial report and every re-check actually submitted within its window have been completed and all unused re-check entitlements have expired. Any statutory withdrawal period is governed separately by applicable law.
No fixed turnaround or completion deadline is included. The review enters the queue only after one batch submission and is handled without undue delay in queue order. If you need a specific date, obtain written confirmation from the operator before buying. Mandatory remedies for late or non-performance remain unaffected.
7. Withdrawal, cancellation, refunds, and remedies
Where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance service contract, the period is 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract. To cancel an order or request a refund, sign in to your profile and select the paid order. You can also contact the operator at the email or geographic address shown above.
If you expressly ask us to begin performance during that period and withdraw before completion, a proportionate amount for work already performed may be payable where law permits. You lose the right after full performance only where the legally required prior express request, consent, and acknowledgement were provided.
Any refund required by law will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and without a fee for that refund. A lawful proportionate charge may be deducted where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies for a service that is not supplied as agreed or any other non-waivable consumer right.
8. Your files and third-party data
You retain ownership of your files and grant us a limited license to store, access, copy, and display them only as needed to provide, secure, and administer the service. You confirm that you are entitled to provide personal data about family members, children, employers, and other people and will give them the applicable privacy information.
Criminal-record certificates remain prohibited. For those items, acknowledge only that you read the authority requirement and will handle evidence directly; this does not state possession, content, or whether a record exists. Upload only bank-statement material needed for review; omit unrelated account data, full card data, credentials, and unnecessary medical or biometric data. Keep your own copies. The deletion deadline follows the latest draft upload; active review or an open re-check window clears it; a new deadline starts after a terminal result, unused-window expiry, cancellation, or refund.
9. Third-party services and availability
The service may rely on payment, authentication, email, hosting, and storage providers. Their own terms may apply to services you choose to use. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, but material changes will not retroactively reduce an already purchased plan without an appropriate remedy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee that every issue will be found, that an authority will accept any document, or that a visa or authorization will be granted. Official requirements and interpretation may change and vary by authority.
Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent allowed by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, non-payment, or a material breach. We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond where circumstances permit. Termination does not remove accrued payment, refund, privacy, or statutory rights.
12. Changes, applicable law, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and will give reasonable notice of material changes. A paid order remains governed by the version accepted for that order unless law requires otherwise or you expressly agree to a change.
Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact the operator first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also use any competent consumer authority, court, or out-of-court mechanism available under applicable law.
Important: Not legal advice: we review document readiness; Spanish authorities make all final decisions.
