To provide our document readiness review, we collect only the data we need:
- Account information — your email address, name, and basic profile details such as nationality, residence country, phone, and preferred language.
- Questionnaire answers — the responses you provide so we can assess document readiness for your situation.
- Uploaded documents — the files you upload for manual review (for example identity documents, work contracts, and proof of means).
Why we use it
We use your data for a single purpose: a manual document readiness review performed by our reviewers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
How your documents are handled
- Uploaded files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after a configurable retention period (for example, 30 days after your review is completed).
- Your documents are never used to train AI models.
- Your documents are never sent as email attachments.
- Files are accessed only by our reviewers, and only through private, time-limited signed URLs. They are not publicly accessible.
Your rights and how to request deletion
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can request deletion of your documents and application data at any time directly from your application page. When you request deletion, we remove your uploaded files and associated data from active storage.
